Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be:

·         In perfect, new-like, resalable condition
·         Unused
·         Returned with all original packaging
·         With all protective films intact on hardware

Non-Eligible Returns

We are unable to accept returns for items that are:

·         Damaged
·         Missing any part of the original packaging
·         Without tags or protective film

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Luggage gate reserves the right to deny any refund if the item is found to be damaged, used, or returned without its original packaging or protective films.
